This 8-month course on the basic theories and skills of cooking and baking and the principles of food and beverage management also includes a 2-month local internship. It is a course designed for those who want to start their own food business in less than 1 year. An entrance exam is required prior to taking this course.

Our program is the only one offering paid internship abroad following the SERVLEAD program which:

• integrates professional development and cultural awareness skills in a structured on-site internship

• enables interns to obtain international certification from the Education Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (EI-AH&LA), the most highly recognized and most highly regarded mark of hospitality professionalism

• provides hourly pay or monthly stipend

• provides accommodations in completely furnished and comfortable apartments

• provides daily transportation service to training sites

• offers the option to pursue an international professional certification from the EI-AH&LA
